  Hi everyone, We had a very disgusting experience with ArrowHead 5-Gallon water delivered to our home every month. We contacted AH in two emails, but there is NO response. Box 997435 MS-7602 Sacramento, CA 95899-7435 Dear Sir or Madam, Rotten smell and yellowish residue inside ArrowHead 5-Gallon Eco-Sense Bottle Water I’m writing to report an outrageous case about Arrowhead 5-Gallon bottle water. We subscribed to Arrowhead bottled water home delivery since last December. 4 5-Gallon bottled water are delivered every month, and is mounted to a dispenser as soon as the last one is finished. A few days ago, my kids complained about bad smell of the water, and we didn’t pay much attention until tonight when I got a cup of water from the dispenser and smelled it rotten. I then notice there was a yellowish residue INSIDE the plastic container. The residue formed almost a circle around the inside of the container, and is roughly the height of the water level when the bottle is mounted to the dispenser. Rotten smell is the strongest by the mouth of the container. Clearly there is serious quality control issue about ArrowHead 5-gallon recycle and re-used container or in the bottling process. This is really a DISGUSTING experience because we don’t know what the residue is and the water has been the primary daily drinking water source for my wife and two small kids (age 5 and 7). My kids take the water in stainless steel bottle to the school to drink everyday !!! We take great caution to protect two kids from hazardous substances and non-healthy food. All our daily meat and egg are organic, but this event completely derailed our years of efforts. We don’t know what are health risks for the kids and if their cognitive and general health could be impacted. As resident of California and a conscientious consumer, we’d like to know: Are there similar cases reported against Arrowhead 5-gallon bottled water? What’s the manufacturer's responsibility and liability to answer this extend of quality and health issue, especially when it’s concerned about small kids? What should we do? Is there any authorities we could contact to test the residue? Your sincerely
